Printing methods
We run three printing processes. The right one depends on your artwork, the product surface and your quantity.

All printing uses food-contact-safe inks appropriate to the product and its intended use. Material and ink test reports (SGS tested) can be supplied on request.
How the custom printing process works
- Send your artwork. Vector files preferred — AI, PDF or SVG. Include Pantone references if you have them.
- We confirm substrate and method. We check your artwork against the product surface and recommend offset, flexo or UV.
- Quotation. You receive a unit price based on method, number of colours, quantity and packing.
- Digital proof. A layout proof is issued within 48 hours for your approval.
- Physical sample. A printed sample is produced in 7–10 working days (charged at cost) so you can check colour and registration.
- Sample approval. Production starts once the sample is signed off.
- Mass production. Typically 15–25 days, depending on quantity and method.
- Shipment. Consolidated delivery from China — FOB, DAP or DDP.
MOQ (minimum order quantity)
- Standard MOQ is from 50,000 pcs per design, per item for offset and flexo printing.
- UV printing MOQ is quoted per project — it depends on artwork coverage and substrate.
- Rather than reaching the MOQ on a single item, you can combine several items in one container to build a workable order. Ask us to model a mixed container for you.
- Repeat designs on reorders are quoted on the original plate settings where applicable.

Artwork guidelines
- Supply vector artwork (AI, PDF, SVG). Raster files should be at least 300 dpi at final print size.
- Convert text to outlines and keep key elements at least 3 mm from the trim edge.
- State Pantone (PMS) references for spot-colour work, or CMYK values for full colour.
- One- or two-colour artwork keeps the unit cost lowest.

Scope note: custom printing is offered on our compostable bagasse and cornstarch ranges. Christmas collection items are stock designs supplied as-is and are not available for custom printing.
