This website is operated by JOYI (“JOYI”, “we”, “us”), the sales team of our own manufacturing plant in Zhejiang, China. We supply food-grade and other food-service packaging to business and trade buyers in the EU and the UK, and we operate an online store for selected in-stock ranges.

2. What this policy covers
It explains how we handle personal data when you browse this site, submit an enquiry or quotation request (RFQ), create an account, or place an order in our online store.

Information you give us:
- Enquiry and RFQ forms: company name, contact name, email, country, business type, product interest and message.
- Account and order details: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number, and company details where provided.
- Correspondence you send us by email, WhatsApp or contact form.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy.
Payment information: online payments are processed by PayPal. We receive a transaction reference, status and amount; we do not receive or store your card or bank details.
4. Why we use your data (legal bases)
- Contract — to prepare quotations, accept and fulfil orders, arrange shipping and handle after-sales.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to business enquiries, maintain business relationships, secure the site, prevent fraud and keep accounting records.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Payment provider — PayPal, to process online payments;
- Carriers and freight forwarders — to deliver your order;
- Hosting, email and IT providers — to run this site and our mailbox;
- Professional advisers and authorities — where legally required.
7. International transfers
We are based in China, and our infrastructure and some of our providers are located outside the EEA and the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally we limit it to what is necessary to answer your enquiry or deliver your order, and we rely on appropriate safeguards.
8. How long we keep data
- Business enquiries: for as long as needed to serve the account relationship, then deleted.
- Order, invoicing and customs records: retained for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law.
- Cookie consent records: until they expire or you clear them.
9. Your rights
Under the EU and UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or request restriction of processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers to protect personal data. No online transmission is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for any account.

Our site and products are intended for business and trade use and are not directed to children under 16.
