Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ starts from 50 packs per item. You can mix item types and designs in one consolidated order, so a single container can cover several components of the table setting.

Can I buy the components separately?

Yes. Each component is sold on its own by pack size, and the complete set is also available as a single SKU covering the full table. Order only what you need for your guest numbers.

What material is this tableware made from?

Food-grade paper with PE coating. The coating is applied to plates and cups to hold the printed festive artwork sharply and to keep supply consistent through the season. Items are disposable and intended for single-use catering and party service.

Is it microwave or oven safe?

These are PE-coated paper items intended for cold and hot food service, not for oven baking or prolonged microwave heating. We confirm suitability for a specific use on request before you commit to a bulk order.

How long does production and delivery take?

In-stock designs dispatch by air freight in 7-15 days. Sea freight to Western Europe typically takes 30-45 days; LCL consignments 35-50 days. Orders ship on your nominated freight forwarder.

Can you provide compliance documents?

Yes. Food-contact declarations and supporting test reports are available on request so your EU or UK import check is covered. Quotations are normally returned within 2 working days.
