Shipping from China – Full Container & LCL
All orders ship directly from our plant in China. We do not hold local stock or operate overseas warehouses. This allows us to offer direct-from-plant pricing and full flexibility on product mix and container loading.

Trade terms
- FOB (default): delivery at Ningbo / Shanghai port. Use your nominated forwarder, or we arrange one.
- DDP (optional): delivered duty paid. JOYI prepays import VAT and duty, itemised separately on the quotation.
- DAP (optional): delivered at place, duties not included.
VAT for EU B2B
For EU B2B orders under FOB terms, import VAT is declared and recoverable by the buyer in their destination country. Under DDP terms, JOYI handles VAT payment on your behalf and itemises it on the commercial invoice.
